We're partnering with a well-established electronics manufacturer that is looking for a hands-on Assembler/Solderer to join their production team. Location: Merrimack, NH

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

$20-$27/hr (DOE) | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and wire harnesses.
• Performing hand placement and soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components.
• Soldering to IPC-610 and J-Standard Class III requirements.
• Forming, routing, and terminating wires and cables per specifications.
• Completing potting and encapsulation tasks.
• Inspecting your own work for quality and accuracy.
• Assisting other areas of manufacturing as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong soldering skills required, including the ability to meet Class III standards (certification not required).
• Experience in a mil-spec environment is a plus.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
